fifteen wealthy families began civilization on ehu island twenty-one years ago (february 1990). immediately, construction began; the island started out with two schools (a k-12 school with two teachers and a ballet academy) a diner, a grocery store, a bike shop, and a surf shop. slowly, ehu island developed; within the last decade, more and more businesses have made ehu island their home.
the ballet academy today known as bouscher academy of arts began adding department after department thanks to donations from the public and the families of its student body. most of bouscher academy's student population are from different countries, even continents; within the last four years, bouscher academy has gained population via the internet and word of mouth.
the most recent additions to ehu island are kolohe center, the bar district, and de gourmand (they've all been built within three years).
fun facts: - the student body makes 50% of the island's population, but tourists crowd the island year-round - kennedy's: a gentleman's club is owned by a lesbian couple - the residents here are very anti-car. it doesn't rain very often and is usually quite warm, so nine out of ten people own a bike. - the island is about 20 miles long, and 15-25 miles wide depending on where on the island you are. - there is a cove deep into sherwood forest (in jenkins park) that many tourists don't know about - the actual island is located in the south pacific ocean, north of samoa and south of hawaii near the equator.
