An immaculately clean room was the image she looked upon. To say she was a bit obsessive over a clean room would be an understatement. Everything had a place to go and well if anyone was go come and visit her the room looked proper. It was a reflection of herself. Very stylish and well organized of course. A room could say a lot about a person. A messy room implied a messy life. That was a weird way of thinking of it, but she came to find it a very true matter.
The hour was semi-decent as Summer made her way to the common room to kind of just relax. Surely, the girl could do that just as well in her own room, but she just didn't feel like being alone at the moment. The terms of her roomate were kind of ghost like in that she didn't have one just yet, but soon enough she was sure someone was likely to join her in dorm room one hundred and thirty-one. She was the perfect roomate. She cleaned up all the time, but allowed the other person to have their space because she needed hers as well. She was also very random, funny, and cheerful when the moment was suiting.
Upon entering the common room she notice a few people here and there, but none that recognized her right off the back or none that she recognized. Someone was bound to be in there from one of her courses or something for that matter. At the moment though no faces screamed at her in the sense of knowing. She walked over to an empty chair and took a seat pulling her small slender legs up on it and crossing them in indian style manner.
Then she took her phone out and began to look through it for interesting applications, games, or places where she might be able to go for the moment being and meet new people. The opprotunity of meeting new people was a vast one in which she rather enjoyed. A new friend was potential for a great time. Slowly, but surely people came and went which made Summer a bit leary about being able to talk to someone, but surely there would be one person.
A stereo or music from a phone came on and she couldn't help but smile. The best place for new music was listening to something someone else was favoring. She began to in a low tone sing along with the chorus of the song, because well it wasn't extremely hard to guess lyrics and if you got them wrong you'd get a glare and you'd shut up thats just how it worked. Her voice wasn't bad so that wouldn't be the case unless someone just didn't like the way it sounded which in case would be rude and pry piss her off if they were rude about it, but other then that the music was amusing her and was putting her in a happy mood.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "wait a minute! boy, why you trippin' like that? you think cause you tricking' you get it just like that," aspen sung and danced as she stepped out of the shower. the song wait a minute by the pussycat girls and timbaland blasted on her ipod radio in their bathroom, and aspen was totally into it. she sung to her naked self in the mirror, holding up her hairbrush to her face like a microphone and swinging her finger around like a diva. god, she had some spunk. she could be a pussycat girl one day. aspen bent over so her thick hair was hanging down from her head, and wrapped it in a towel. she grabbed her fluffy, orange bathrobe which was hanging from its hook and threw that on, and then walked out of the bathroom with the music still playing. she danced the entire way to her closet, and danced the entire time she looked for what she wanted to wear that day.
aspen eventually decided on a pair navy blue shorts and an orange t-shirt. she threw her robe onto her bed, and got dressed. aspen let down her hair, and went back over to the bathroom to blow-dry it. now, her ipod played that famous ke$ha song. aspen would never admit it to anyone, but she loved this song. she sang along to it, dancing like a doofus as she dried her thick, unruly hair. when she was finished, she looked right at her reflection as she brushed her hair. what was she going to do this afternoon. she had just finished classes and didn't really want to do any homework that day. if aspen was good at anything, it was procrastination. she normally loved going into the darkroom, but eh. aspen could have thought of better things to do. she shrugged at her reflection, eventually deciding to go to the common room.
the brunette grabbed her green roxy messenger bag and threw it over her shoulder. unplugging her cell phone from its charger, she tucked it in her back pocket. aspen headed over to the common room, forgetting to lock her dormitory door on the way out. when aspen got there, she looked around. she pouted a little when she realized none of her friends, or even acquaintances, were in the common room. she walked around the room like a creep, finally spotting someone who at least looked familiar. aspen studied the brunette singing to herself, trying to figure out where she knew her from. a-ha! aspen walked up to the girl, "hey, mind if i sit here?" she asked. without waiting for an answer, aspen sat down in the couch across from the girl, with only a coffee table separating them. aspen put her messenger bag on the floor beside her. "aren't you in my belly dancing class?" she asked, deciding now would be better than never finding an opening. aspen leaned back on the couch, bringing her feet up onto the couch and her knees close to her chest. "god, isn't that class a blast?" aspen signed up for that class in hopes that it would help her make her way to being a pussycat doll.

Phone gaming could be intense. Summer loved the game of tetris. A lot of people didit was like an epedemic. Of course, she probably wasn't as good as half the people that were extremely into it, but well she found herself at some points cursing because she was losing or her fingers moving faster across her phone in order to accomplish her very small goal of the day to win the game when of course she had nothing better to do. "Oh come on." she muttered under her breathe. She giggled a little to herself at how stupid she sounded and looked up to make sure no one had been watching her. That would be slightly emberassing though she tended not to get emberassed often. That was the craft of a thespian. Though she had her moments. They were mostly jitters.
The jitters were mostly overcome by the extreme passion she held for wanting to entertain her audience, like many others here of course. Summer always chose a role that would take her in and out of her comfort zone something that was a challenge. Sure, she didn't always get the part she wanted, but that meant she would work twice as hard next time. The girl was very strong willed. Her thoughts crept up on her back near her hometown in Hollywood, California in hopes that once she was able to graduate she'd have a big name for her there. Her first priority in life for herself was to make a name that was decent. Sure the pressures of the lifestyle of the rich and famous it'd be hard. It made her sad when actresses and musicians with a lot of talent would crack, but she understood everyone had there breaking points. Sure, they could say they were going to fight the odds and be different, but not everyone could be successful at that. Summer only hoped that if no when she made it that she wouldn't fall into those odds and she'd be one of the few respected names.
A smirk crossed her face as someone put on a song by Christina Aguilera. The stronger song. It immediately ripped her from her thoughts and she couldn't help sing along to erself of course on the chair still. Her head resting lightly on the back of the chair and her eyes shutting. It was such a pretty song. The voice was amazing, but sadly she was an artist that fell to the pressures of Hollywood, so only the lyrics were aspiring to Summer. Her eyes opened when she heard Aspens voice and she smiled looking up at the pretty brunette girl who looked very familiar. Summer didn't answer her question because by the time she was going to Aspen already took a seat, but of course she didn't mind. She actually was welcoming of it. Then the answer to her question was answered by the girl. Belly dancing! Yes, that is where she knew her from. "Yeah, I am my names Summer" she said introducing herself in case the girl didn't already know who she was. She politely extended her hand for a handshake, because that was the classic move. "It's awesome definitely a highlight of my day." she said her smile growing a little bit wider. She loved that class. Very sexy like as well." she commented becausae it was a very sexy like class. Belly dancing wasn't extremely hard, but it could be depending on your dancing abilities. Aspen, was rather good at it. Not that she stared her down or anything while they danced, but something she took notice too.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - aspen shook the girl's hand with a wide smile. though aspen enjoyed most of her classes, belly dancing was one of her favorites. it was an hour of letting her body shake all the stress from her day away. "i'm aspen," she introduced herself as she brought her hand from the handshake back to her side. she nodded in agreement when summer called the class the highlight of her day. "oh, mine too!" she agreed. aspen moved her legs from sitting tight at her chest to under her. she leaned forward as she spoke, "it's one of my favorite classes." she left out the part that every class she took (well, other than japanese) was her favorite class. "it's so nice to get into that class and just dance, you know? so much better than having to stress out about how these pictures i took are going to come out and crap like that." aspen paused, realizing something was missing from that last sentence. "oh, oh yeah. i'm a photography major, by the way. i guess that makes more sense, now." she laughed at herself. "what are you majoring in?" aspen loved asking that question, and it was an essential one to ask whenever you met someone new on campus. sometimes, someone's major could tell a lot about them. but, that was if you believed in stereotypes. and aspen would never admit it, but she totally did.
aspen glanced around the common area. her eyes moved around the room, where there were a couple of first year boys playing a game of pool. no one was at the air hockey table. a couple of girls were giggling in front of the small tv in a corner of the room. aspen loved being around people, even people she didn't know. it was this kind of homely feel that really made her feel comfortable. she loved the whole living at school around her classmates thing. there was something about it that really made aspen's heart jump. she had to shake herself out of her thoughts. how rude! she was with a stranger, and of all things she was zoning out. "so, what other classes are you taking?" aspen leaned forward, letting her arms rest on her legs. that was another question she loved to ask people. aspen was a kook totally in love with bouscher academy. she was extremely lucky to be here, as her interviewer was not all that impressed with her portfolio. though he said her photography was exceptional, he hated the lack of variety he saw in her portfolio. many of her pictures were of horses from the stables at her last boarding school. somehow, she impressed him. and thank god for that. bouscher academy of the arts was aspen's dream school.

summer felt like the belly dancing course was something she could use to stay in shape and because she loved do experience different types of dance. belly dancing was something she had just wanted to master, and not to pass judgement upon others but she kind of had the body fr it as well. she figured it was like work if you enjoyed it it wasn't a workout and it may come in handy for a role that someday she would get. they required different methods of training and well summer wouldn't mind trying out to make a film with dancing in it. it kind of excited her even. nice to meet you aspen" she replied. she watched as the girl grew excited when summer admitted it being the highlight of her day. sure she loved her acting courses of course, but it was just something differnt and fun and the people in the class were energetic and bubbly like her and really not shy to be a little corky every once in awhile when the time was right during the class. "Yeah mine too!" agreed wit her about being one of her facorite classes at the school. it really got her adrenaline going and whe something could do that well summer loved that feeling it was why she wanted to be an actress it gave her such a rush. "yeah just letting free and dancing i completely love it" she said tucking some hair back behind her ear. she announced her major an she smiled. summer liked taking pictures as well, but she didn't want to do it for a living. though she had nothing against it she was sure her work was pry amazing. "just a bit more sense and thats really cool maybe you can show me some of your photo's sometime." she said happily. she really would love to see some of her pictures."im a theatre major" she said proudly. she loved to put on a good show and well doingit for a living bouscher had an amazing program, so far and shewas just excited for it all to come together.
this place was really cool it was like a game room and well it was a great place to just hang out. way better then her last school. it was public. see the disadvantage she had was she didn't do the boarding school thing, but summer really worked hard on making her acting career possible by raising money to go to camps, workshops, be in plays, and jst really put herself out there. she really did earn a lot more respect from her family that way because she was really driven. the train of thought she slipped away fromher as she heard a ball get pocketed rather hard from the pool table. then she snapped back to reality when aspen began talking it had gotten silen there for a little bit. "im taking musical theatre, creative writing, french ii, acting ii, improvisation, music appreciation, and of course belly dancing." she listed them off in order just in case the two might have another course together. "you?" she asked her curiously. this school and its courses were amazing. she wasn't the biggest fan of school, but here she was studying something she loved. her interviewed must have really saw the passion and liked the things she had done to really take a step in the right direction towards her dreams.

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "totally!" aspen couldn't help but clasp her hands together when summer empathized with her love for the class. letting free and dancing, as she said it, and aspen whole-heartedly approved of that phrase, because it was what she felt. she felt stoked when summer suggested maybe taking a look at aspen's photography eventually. aspen beamed. she, like every other student at bouscher, took much pride in her work and loved to show it off to the world. "oh, that would be awesome!" aspen exclaimed. her voice was so loud. she had to think about whether or not there were noise rules in the common room, and glad that they were only in affect after eleven pm. pfft, and as if anyone followed any of the noise rules around this joint. on weekends, that was normally when people were the loudest and proudest. the juniper dorms were notorious for their lame pizza parties, but recently many of the students had been finding ways around the hawks that made sure there was no alcohol in the dormitories. people had been becoming increasingly sneaky lately. aspen's best bet was to befriend the community watchers, or whatever the hell they were called. the people hired to take away booze, basically. and, shit, aspen had kind of zoned out again. luckily, she was used to zoning out and listening to what people said. aspen had acquired such a trait from the years of daydreaming when her parents and nannies spoke to her, but she was off in her daydreams. as a child, aspen used her daydreams as an escape from reality.
"oh, theatre? that's awesome," she replied eventually. "what kind of plays have you been in? anything i'd know?" aspen loved watching the productions bouscher academy put on. sometimes they had both ballet and singing in it, and those were really her favorites. aspen hadn't really seen any ballet/musicals before coming to bouscher, at least not in the same show. the productions bouscher academy put on were unique to aspen and held such a grand place in her heart. aspen listened as summer listed off all her classes. she was definitely a theatre major! "that's cool. well, i'm taking japanese two, belly dance, moving meditation, portraiture, photography composition, lighting technique, and digital photography. they are all really, really awesome classes. well, except japanese two." aspen furrowed her eyebrows, "that shit is hard. god, i never want to have another kanji test again!" aspen was having a really hard time in japanese, no matter how much she studied or how hard she tried. she hated the class, and planned to take a different language that next year.
"anyway, are you much of a party girl?" it was very un-subtle of aspen to ask so out-of-nowhere, but she liked getting to the point. aspen loved partying, drinking, smoking, whatever, and was always curious about to what extent the people she spoke to partied. she tried picturing summer drunk, and at the moment couldn't. maybe, she'd be able to find out eventually.

.
summer could just tell that the girls were going to be a little bit more livlier in that class now knowing how they felt about it. or maybe things wouldn't change all that much she would just have one more person to talk to in class well when she wasn't dancing though. "mhmm" she chimed in happily. every person loved to show of their work and she watched as aspen's expression beamed with joy once suggest that she would love to look at her photographs given the chance. it would excite her too if sh had a monologue or something prepared and aspen wanted to see her work it out. ah, that was the great sense of art people wanted to see what you produced constantly on their toes to see what was next. it was cute though to see her reaction it was loud and it was even excitable on summers end. so far living here and been fun. people were really loud and she had a few random conversations here and there, but none that were out of the ordinary for the bubbly girl. she loved people and was just trying to make friends. she experienced like half a bit of one of their pizza parties it was amusing to to her, but then super cool in a sense because she was out and about observing people close to her year. though she had yet to experience any real party parties the ones that teens were normaly about the crazy ones where they just let loose and had a blast involving alcohol, drugs, sex, music, and that whole bit. though a little bird told her there were ways aroung it more recent then none. the thought made summer smirk. they would love the parties back on the beaches of california under the summer sun if they were much of partiers. there was music plenty or creativity or just the moonlight at night and crazy wild teenagers just havin fun. she missed that place, but this was an island surely they experienced it here as well. "yeah, its exciting." she said with a wide grin. of course it was exciting for her or he wouldn't be at bouscher living out her dream. "well, when i was younger i played annie in the playof annie, i played a evil step sister in cinderella like two years ago, amy in the production of little women at my old school, in a town play i played the part of princess belle in beauty and the beast it was really cute those are my main ones, but ive been in more." she said with a small shrug. she had been in more too. beauty and the beast was her last one and she loved it. the dress was beautiful and the play was great in fact on the last night of the play which was recently before getting accepted of course her parents presented her with the puzzling letter that decided her fate and whether or not she had been accepted here. "i have yet to be in a bouscher production, but i will be soon" she said confidently. confidence was a must in theatre you had to know the role want the role be the role and had to know that you were getting what you wanted or else more then likely you'd pry fail. you didn't need to be overly cocky about it though just confident. her main three courses revolved around theatre of course it was required, but it was a great push in the right direction! her favorite had to be improv because to an exten you could really let your personality show in there. she loved making up a scene on the spot. usually it was very comical, but summer knew how to act on all senses. sure, she liked more happier rolls, but she could play depressed, bitchy, shy, because she did in fact love the challenge. a comfort zone well in her opinion there was none in acting except the love for the art. then she listened to her list off her classes. japanese, surely had to be hard, but her thoughts were reassured by aspens comments. "i love the style of their writing, but i don't think i want a kanji test either" she said pouting her lower lips just for fun. "though i do think its really cool that you're taking that language if i wasn't a scaredy cat and didn't already know a little french i might have considered." she said with a small shrug. that question kind of caught her off gaurd but a smirk climbed up on her face when she asked. this could either go really well or really bad. being a party girl and going into the hollywood life would be bad, but she wasn't trying to ever hide her ways to anyone. that was the mitake in hollywood nothing was secret. though she hadn't gotten into that life yet, so she didn't have to worry as much at the moment. "i love them." she said more simply not to get overly excited and give aspen the wrong impression. the whole drugs thing wasn't really summer. sure, occasionally back home she smoked weed every once in a great while, but other then that she would rather get drunk. it was much more amusing. she was much more loud then she was sober and that was kind of weird. a happy sober girl and a happy drunk! "you?" she asked biting her lip hoping she hadn't made the mistake of telling someone that and then them not being a party girl or anything, but extremly well behaved. that would be bad. she just assumed sense she was asking she liked to party. * * * words;; nine sixty two thoughts;; :) outfit;; click

- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - "oh my gosh! you were in beauty in the beast?
" aspen loved beauty and the beast. like other people her age, she had a special place in her heart for the old disney classics. she had never seen beauty and the beast on stage, but imagined it would be such a fun play to put on. teacups and silverware running across the stage. ah, that would be fantastic to see! and summer had been belle! " girl, that sounds so amazing! was it a really great play? well, that's a stupid question, of course it was! oh my goodness. i bet you looked hawt! in that yellow dress. what was your favorite part about doing it?" aspen prepared herself to live vicariously through this girl's experience in beauty and the beast, and put it on her mental to-do list to look up youtube videos of this production. aspen nodded her head, " yeah, i'll bet you'll rock a bouscher production." she encouraged. she hadn't seen summer's acting, but if she was belle in beauty and the beast, aspen was sure that summer had potential. plus, all the actors at bouscher academy of the arts had spunk and talent. even that over-eager first year arturo. " yeah," aspen nodded in agreement to summer's comment about the japanese style of writing. " and who remembers kanji, anyway? still, it's going to be really cool in case i ever go to japan one day. maybe i can be a photographer on a japanese cruise ship or something, eh?" aspen honestly hadn't really considered any possible careers as a photographer before. she wasn't actually serious about the art. sure, she was passionate about it and loved it, but there was something about aspen that didn't really take anything seriously. she didn't spend as much as she should have in the darkroom and this led to careless mistakes when developing her film. so, she almost expected it from herself that she didn't really have any career options planned out. after all, she had a couple years to think on that kind of thing. " oh! you know french? that's cool. i know uh.. voulez-vous couchez avec moi? ce soir!" aspen snorted at her own joke. " whaat? an actress who's a scaredy cat, too? i don't believe it!" aspen laughed a little. " do you ever get stage fright?" naturally, aspen was happy to hear that summer loved parties. " meee tooo!" she answered when summer returned the question. " soo.." aspen leaned in closer to summer so she could whisper; she didn't want any of the school authorities hearing about her little plan. " i have the keys to the hammond recreational center… and i'm throwing a little party there this weekend. do you think you want to come? you can bring all the booze and drugs you want." aspen leaned back again, into the couch, her lips curled into a small smirk. hopefully, this was a girl she could trust with this kind of information. aspen didn't want to step into a trap where this girl would tell someone. but, she really, really doubted that. ooc: sorry it took me so long! "yeah it was an amazing experience i would mind doing it all over again belle is a great character to play." she said remembering the part all over again. living that and just getting to present it to everyone she really loved that. "it was amazing, and yes it sold out every night, because well it was the first time that the group had put on a production like that." she admitted. the dress was beautiful!" she said happily it really had made her feel like a princess when she was wearing it. though it was kind of heavy to an extent, but she managed just fine. thinking about it though summer had a lot of good reasons why this play was so special to her. my favorite part about doing a play always is taking on the character itself. belle was a big role, but i loved being in her shoe's..." she said and smiled. "i know it sounds silly, but when i play a role i really feel like i'm the person and i guess thats why i love acting so much i really sympathize with belle and my emotions are written, but they're actually me acting upon whats going on, so i think my favorite thing is i kind of just got to act out one of my favorite little fairytales, and the beast well he wasn't too bad either." she said adding in a little joke at the end for fun. it was like phantom of the opera which she would love to do, because there was just something about that masked love in plays like that summer liked. summer had the video of the play stored away in her room, because she liked watching it for inspiration sometimes when she had doubts which weren't often, but everyone had them."i really hope so there is so much talent here and well im use to being surrounded by talent, but you have to compete ten times harder her then in a regular school to land a role to rock, but i really can't wait."[/b she said excited just thinking about it wondering what production was going to come to play soon.
summer just shrugged when the girl mentioned something about anyone remembering kanji. she didn't know what it was but she was sure it had to do with scripture or dialect. she mentioned that it would be helpful when or if she went to japan and something about photography on a cruise. that was kind of neat to travel and take pictures of other cultures. if she was good at photography then she would definitaly want to do that. "that would be fun..do you plan on doing like travel work?" she asked kind of expanding on the topic. photography was to complex for summer, because well while she could take a picture on a digital camrea and edit it to an extent she didn't know how to do the whole developing thing herself and the blackroom it all seemed rather intense. though people who could do it she admired them for their passion. summer could not help but laugh when she asked her that question or made that statemnt. ''C'est une question réelle avant mon cher tu es vraiment jolie, cependant, mais j'ai des doutes que vous voulez dire chérie de sommeil peut être une autre nuit." she replied knowing that she didn't know what she was saying but that was the beauty of it. That is a real forward question my dear you are really pretty though, but I have my doubts that you mean sleep darling may be some other night. was the translation to what she said. When she read to far into being a fraidy cat she just smiled. "Scared of the tests" she said clarifying. Though when she asked if she got stage fright ever she shrugged. "Yeah, I do but once I get the jitters I have this little ritual where I sing to myself to suith my nerves.."
summer grinned when she said she liked to party and she couldn't help but think she really scored on that one maybe she would have a partner in crime when it came to drinking and such. "woohoo" she said adding to the excitement. the girl leaned closer so she could whisper something in her ear that was kind of cute as if they were in middle school or something. that was interesting. a party in the recreational center that sounded like trouble yet fun and right up summer's alley. it sounds like a lot of fun" she said not sure if she'd find it or show up on time, but hey she would surely try. "i'd love to" was all she really had to say and nodded when the girl said she could bring anything she really wanted to that party. she would more then likely tak her up on that offer. summer wasn't one to tell she was really good at keeping secrets and even if she didn't show well then she still wouldn't tell anyone cause she wasn't one to ruin a good time.
