It was a small coastal town known for its warm waters, fine dining and high class theatre entertainment. Tourists literally flooded the town and gradually more and more entertainers, performers, musicians and upper class socialites began to fall in love with Lower Southport. Several theatres flourished among the rising house prices and developments around the city.
Many will make the move to Lower Southport, wether it be to raise the social bar or make their break in acting. It remains to be seen how many will be left standing with their dreams still intact.
