head
his face is never covered, not by hat, hood, nor mask. every detail fleshed out in his face can be seen from up close or a distance. his brown hair, which is normally kept short, tends to curl at the ends, and gives him trouble if too long. always clean shaven, he makes sure to look his best. the only times that he has been seen without his face baby smooth is when he is occupied with something of much greater importance. Eyes are always lively, and when with a girl never stray. Lips are soft, nose average size, eyebrows arched -and manicured only so slightly-, and ears are pricked and ready to listen. Being oval shaped, his face is slightly longer than some others, but the lines of his jaw, and cheekbones are those that pull the features together, like a delicate work of art.

Body
his whole frame is tall, but even though he has height, his body is not lanky. every part is muscled and toned. his skin tone is never a shade darker than tan, and is usually a shade lighter than some of the darker skinned europeans like italians, or grecians. Even so, he has the same shade over his whole body, without a tan line that can show he tans. If he's going to tan, he's going to do it so that he is tan everywhere. He'll tan nude. he doesn't have a lot of body hair, but the hair that he has is darker seeing that his natural hair color is darker.

hands/feet
He has big and careful hands that are sturdy and strong, able to hold up a ballerina, and keep her there with a promise that she would be safe. Long nimble fingers are attached to his hands which he uses to play the violin, and a bit of piano, though he really doesn't plan on perusing anything more into the art. His feet are normally sized, and his nails are trimmed accordingly, knowing that if he doesn't then a chance of getting a hangnail from the pointe shoes that he wears.

clothing style/other
nicolai tends to wear nicer, designer clothes, though anything that looks good, and wears well he will take. he doesn't wear a lot of cotton shorts, but more kaki than anything. When not wearing shorts, which seems to be the larger percent of the time, he wears jeans, with a blazer and a button up shirt. When he dances, he usually wears a loose cotton shirt with his cotton like shorts and tights. Other times, he will wear a tighter shirt, but usually that’s only for specific practices. Nicolai carries his dace bag, which has his shoes and clothes, around daily, and you can always see him with it.

Funny
nicolai tends to know what is funny, and when to say it. he isn't nearly a class clown, and his whole life isn't dedicated to making people laugh. he merely uses it from time to time to cheer people up, or take a quiet room into something that someone would actually want to be a part of. It helps him, knowing that he can add humor, light humor, into a conversation and but a smile on people's faces. It doesn't always work though. Things have happened and he has lost his touch, actually making the person more upset, or hurting them.


dedicated
he spends a lot of time on the things that he cares about. His dancing and his art are very important to him and he will do anything that ne needs to do to make sure that others know his work and want him to work for them. Working until three in the morning, or dancing until he can't anymore are qualities that he like to show, and can't get out of his system even if he wanted to. If he is forced to stop he tends to get really upset and sometimes lightly shake, as if every nerve in his body is telling him to get back to what he was doing. The only way to get him back to his normal state is to allow him to actually finish what he desires to do.

anger
He doesn't do it on purpose, but he has a bit of an anger problem, that only comes out when you've really upset him. He tries to control his anger in times of need, but once his anger has come to a boiling point, it explodes in a way which after he is sorry for.

loyal
This more comes into play for the girls that he dates. when he does date a girl he makes sure that she knows, as for everyone else, that he is there only for her, until they break up. He doesn't stray, or look for another, until he knows that the one he is with is over with.
intelligent
He isn't the smartest person you will ever meet, and he knows that, but what he also knows is that he isn't dumb, actually he is quite far from it. Not only is he cultured, but he seems to remember a lot of what you say.

Nicolai was born in Zaraysk Russia, which is a small town that is nearly three hours from Moscow, which is the largest town around the small community that he was brought into to. They had a hospital that was nearly an hour away, but that didn’t change the idea in his parents minds that they were going to have a home birth. Born healthy, he grew normally for the first three years of his life, doing nothing but of course learn to speak, and practice his hand eye coordination which was very good for a child of his age. That’s when his mother said that they should try and put him into something that would continue to make his skills. He agreed, but when he found out that his son was going into ballet he wasn’t as excited as his mother was. It wasn’t until a year later, when the skill that he had in the dancing, that his parents decided that because his skills were stronger than the many other students that took at the small school he we going to, including the older students. So his parents, going on the skill of their son, moved to Moscow, where they found a small home, and continued to hone his skills in both dancing, and paining, which he took up once he started school.

The only thing that his parents said was that he needed to keep up his grades if he wanted to continue dancing. Not only did he keep up his grades, but he made sure that they were at an A plus average so that there was no way that his parents could take him out of what he loved. Dancing on pointe when he was seven, he continued not only ballet, but then started taking other forms of dance including ballroom, jazz, and tap. In school was where he learned to paint, and sculpt, finding both of them great, but liking neither one more than the other. but at dance, That’s where he met Anastasia, the ballroom partner that came from his dreams. they spent years together working to get better at dance, and perfecting their art. nicolai was much better, said by all the coaches that they had gotten and that shoved a spike between their friendship. He loved her, and proposed merely five days before he left, but, she declined, saying that she couldn’t move out with him. So he left, and forgot her, realizing that if she didn’t want to leave with him, she didn’t love him like he loved her.

That’s when he moved to the island, and started going to school. Ever since his skill has tripled, if not more. He’s waiting until he majors in his work and does it for the rest of his life.
