faded and weary is not your average
disney personified roleplaying forum.
our site places a twist on the grand
idea of disney-personified and puts it
to the next level even adding a little
fantasy into the mix. the roleplay
itself is set in the present and our story
takes place in one of the most beautiful
countries in all of the world, italy.

for centuries an ancient kingdom has
existed right beneath the romans
elegant cathedrals and brilliant watered
passages. the forbidden kingdom some
call it, others call it a lost city - it's really
neither of those. it's just something no
one has ever known about. something
that has been right under their noses for
hundreds of years. shape shifting humans
have been living in italy for years. walking
the same streets, working in the same
buildings as everyone else - no one ever
knew because, well it was a secret. shifters
generally hid their identities. that was until
march 17, 2005. when all hell broke loose
in italy.

there was an attack on a lab that was testing
shifters to find out the reasonings why the
shifters shift into an animal. witnesses
unaffiliated to the building claimed to have
seen lions running through the streets. some
bystanders even pulled out their cell phones
and took videos. which of course were leaked.
all the lions in the pen at the local zoo were
safely secured. their was only one other
explanation. the rumors were true strange
people have been talking about for years are
true, and now the secret is out. the shifter world
is on high alert and something has to be done to
fix this, very soon.
